Looking for a more personal, tailored movement experience? Whether you’re building strength, working on mobility, or deepening your yoga practice — a one-on-one session gives you the space, structure, and support to truly meet your goals.

We practice in a calm, private setting — either online, in my home or in a rented space in Vienna. Each session is fully customized, combining elements of yoga, calisthenics, and mobility training to suit your body, your focus, and your pace.

✨ Supportive, relaxed atmosphere
✨ Online, at my place (1090) or in a rented studio
✨ Available in English, German, or Spanish

These sessions (at my place) are donation-based, with a suggested range of €60–€80 per class. You’re invited to contribute what feels fair and possible for you.
Please note: prices are slightly higher when a studio is rented to cover room fees.
1:1 Zoom sessions are also available — Suggested donation: €20–€25.
