Welcome to the 30-Day Calisthenics Program!
This program was designed for anyone starting from zero - no gym, no experience, no excuses. All you need is your body, a pair of dip bars (or sturdy chairs/a table), and the willingness to show up.
Training just two days a week, this program focuses on building maximum strength through progressive calisthenics movements. Each session is short, efficient, and backed by video tutorials so you always know exactly what to do and how to do it.
Resistance bands are a great addition if you have them - they’ll help you scale movements as you build up your strength - but they’re not required to get started.
In 30 days, you’ll go from complete beginner to someone who moves, feels, and performs stronger.
