1. Scope & Contracting Party

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Yoga & Calisthenics Retreat led by Clara Haas from March 30 to April 4, 2026 in Rincon de la Victoria, Spain.

By completing the payment for the program fee, participants accept these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Included

The retreat includes daily yoga and calisthenics sessions, mobility training, and the activities outlined in the retreat description provided by Clara Haas.

The Program Fee is 637.6 € per person (incl. 20% VAT) and covers participation in all movement sessions and organisation of the retreat.

Services not included:

• Accommodation

• Flights

• Airport transfer

• Travel insurance

• Additional meals not listed in the retreat description

3. Accommodation

Accommodation is not paid to the organizer.
Participants book and pay their hotel stay directly to the hotel:

Hotel FAY Victoria Beach – Rincon de la Victoria

• Double Room for Single Use: 462.4 €

• If the room is shared, the second person pays +98 € (covers additional hotel charges and their dinners)

The accommodation contract is between the participant and the hotel.

4. Hotel Cancellation Policy

The hotel offers free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival.
After this deadline, the hotel may charge the full room amount according to their policy.
These hotel conditions are separate from the program fee and outside the organizer’s responsibility.

5. Booking & Payment of Program Fee

A spot is reserved once the program fee of 637.6 € has been fully paid to the organizer.

By submitting payment, the participant agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

6. Cancellation of Program Fee (Yoga & Calisthenics Program)

• Up to 30 days before retreat start: Refund minus 200 € administrative fee

• Less than 30 days before retreat start: Non-refundable

However, participants may transfer their spot to another person at any time without extra cost.

 

7. Health & Participation Responsibility

Participation in all activities is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
By booking, participants confirm that they are physically and mentally able to take part in yoga, calisthenics and mobility sessions.

Participants must inform the instructor of any injuries, limitations or health conditions.

The organizer is not liable for injuries that occur due to personal medical conditions, lack of awareness, or failure to follow instructions.

8. Liability

The organizer is not liable for:

• injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during the retreat

• loss or theft of personal belongings

• external services (hotel, transport, meals)

 

9. Program Modifications

The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule, locations, or activities due to weather, safety, or organizational reasons.

10. Photos & Videos

Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat.
Participants who do not wish to appear in content can inform the organizer before or during the retreat—this will be fully respected.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is used exclusively for retreat administration and, where necessary, to forward booking details to the hotel.
No data will be shared with third parties beyond this.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Austrian law.
Place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
